There is no time limit for grilling, as real grills grill all year round. But in the summer months everyone loves it and barbecuing is popular all over Germany. In summer temperatures, a grilled steak, delicious coleslaw and a cool drink are just the thing.

In the basic grill course from BBQBAYERN you will take your skills to the next level. Everything revolves around the meat. You will learn which types of meat are particularly suitable for the grill and what you can prepare from them.

Grilling is not just a man's job
In the BBQBAYERN grill school you will meet the other course participants. In a small group of at least 3 and max. 5 participants, the theory starts first. How is the grill properly heated, which charcoal do I use, which types of grill are suitable, how long must the food stay on the grill and how. And which side dishes are suitable and how do I prepare them on the side.

Love also goes through the stomach
Because you don't know from the theoretical part how delicious your grilled food is, you have to prepare and try it too, of course. At the end of your grill course at BBQBAYERN you will all sit together and enjoy what you have conjured up together on the grill.
